The Application Effect of 5S Management Concept in Pharmacy Management

目的探讨5S管理理念在药剂科药品管理中的实践应用效果。方法采用临床检验资料调查法和抽样调查法,选取我省11区、27所大中型医院的药剂科进行全方位地毯式资料收集检索,临床将其实施"5S管理理念"前后,相关药剂科室基本配发药错误和归置错误的事项进行集中统一管理,观察不同管理理念实施下的药剂科药品实际管理应用效果。结果我省27所大中型医院的药剂科,实施"5S管理理念"后,基本配发药错误从35例减少到12例,占比分别为14.83%和5.08%,下降了9.75%;归置错误从24例减少到9例,占比分别为10.17%和3.81%,下降了6.36%。结论 5S管理理念在药剂科药品管理中的实践应用效果显著,对比常规药剂管理方法,在临床实践应用中具备较高的实践论证价值,值得临床实施推广。

Objective To explore the practical application effect of 5S management concept in pharmacy management.Methods The clinical test data survey and sampling survey method,selection of 11 areas in our province,27 large and medium-sized hospital pharmacy department carpet of all data collection retrieval and its clinical before,during and after the implementation of"5S management concept"related reagents dispensed medicine department fundamental for centralized and unified management and to return the wrong items,observed under different management implementation of medicine pharmacy management actual application effect.Results After the implementation of"5S management"in the pharmacy department of 27 large and medium-sized hospitals in our city,the number of basic dispensing errors decreased from 35 to 12 cases,accounting for 14.83%and 5.08%respectively,which decreased by 9.75%.The errors were reduced from 24 to 9 cases,accounting for 10.17%and 3.81%,respectively,and decreased by 6.36%.Conclusion 5S management concept in the management of drug pharmacy practice application effect is remarkable.Compared to conventional drugs management method,it has a high value in clinical practice application,worthy of clinical promotion.
