以家庭为中心的护理对小儿支气管肺炎疗效的影响

Effect of Family Centered Nursing on the Therapeutic Effect of Pediatric Bronchopneumonia

目的对小儿支气管肺炎通过以家庭为中心护理的效果进行探究。方法从我院2016年9月—2017年9月所接收的84例小儿支气管肺炎进行研究,按照入院先后分为实验组和对照组,各42例。对照组实施一般护理,而实验组则建立以家庭为中心的护理,对比两组患儿的效果。结果实验组患儿总有效率显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度低于实验组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管肺炎通过以家庭为中心护理,效果良好,值得推广和运用。

Objective To explore the effect of family centered nursing in pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods From September 2016 to September 2017,84 cases of pediatric bronchopneumonia were studied.The patients were divided into two groups:the experimental group(n=42)and the control group(n=42),the control group was given general care,while the experimental group was given established home-centered care,the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric bronchopneumonia through home-centered nursing,the effect is good,worthy of promotion and use.
