“317护”住院宣教平台在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果

The Effect of "317 Nursing" Inpatient Education Platform on Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探究"317护"住院宣教平台在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年1—6月住院的类风湿关节炎患者84例,分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予基础护理指导,观察组患者给予基础护理结合"317护"住院宣教平台,观察比较两组患者健康教育知晓率及对护理工作的满意度,压痛和肿胀关节数,疼痛强度数字等级量表(PI-NRS)评分。结果出院时,观察组健康教育知晓率优于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),压痛和肿胀关节数低于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛强度数字等级量表(PI-NRS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论"317护"住院宣教平台应用于类风湿关节炎患者,可提高健康教育知晓率,减轻关节压痛肿胀,降低疼痛评分,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of"317 nursing"inpatient education platform on patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 84 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were enrolled from January to June 2017 and were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given basic nursing,the observation group was given basic nursing combined with 317 nursing hospital education platform.Health education awareness rate and nursing satisfaction index with nursing work,the number of joint tenderness and swelling,pain intensity numerical rating scale(PI-NRS)score of the two groups were observed and compared.Results At discharge,the health education awareness rate of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05),nursing satisfaction index of observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),tenderness and swelling of joint number of observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),PI-NRS score of observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"317 nursing"inpatient education platform can significantly improve the awareness rate of health education,relieve joint swelling and pain,reduce pain score and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work in rheumatoid arthritis patients,which deserves extensive application.
