摘要
目的观察重症监护室冠心病患者实施舒适性护理的效果。方法2016年12月—2017年12月,选择在本院接受治疗的100例冠心病患者为对象,随机将患者分为两组,每组各50例,对照组使用日常基础护理,观察组采用舒适性护理,比较两组护理中情绪表现以及护理满意度。结果观察组不良情绪发生率6.00%较对照组发生率20.00%低,而护理满意率94.00%较对照组80.00%高(P<0.05)。结论重症监护室冠心病患者实施舒适性护理可改善不良情绪,提升护理整体满意度,护理效果显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfort care for patients with coronary heart disease in ICU.Methods From December 2016 to December 2017,100 cases of patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital for treatment as the object,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group,the control group used routine nursing,the observation group received comfort nursing,nursing of two groups were compared in emotional expression and overall satisfaction.Results The incidence of bad mood in the observation group was 6.00%lower than that of the control group(20.00%),while the nursing satisfaction rate was 94.00%higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfort care in the patients with coronary heart disease in ICU can improve the bad mood,improve the overall satisfaction of nursing,and the nursing effect is remarkable.
