肝源性糖尿病护理干预探讨

Nursing Intervention of Hepatic Diabetes

目的观察探讨对肝源性糖尿病患者实施护理干预的措施和效果。方法选取我院2017年1月—2018年1月期间所收治的60例肝源性糖尿病患者为临床研究对象,采用随机的方法分成观察组和对照组,观察组和对照组各30例,观察组实施综合护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比分析两组护理后的患者满意度。结果对照组实施常规护理后患者满意度明显低于观察组,两组数据对比差异明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝源性糖尿病患者实施的综合护理,患者满意度高,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe and discuss the measures and effects of nursing intervention on patients with liver-derived diabetes.Methods Sixty patients with liver-derived diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the clinical study subjects and divided into observation group,control group,there were 30 cases in each group randomly.The observation group conducted general nursing and the control group performed routine nursing.The patient satisfaction was compared between the two groups after nursing.Results The satisfaction of patients in the control group after routine nursing was significantly lower than that of the observation group.There was significant difference between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive care for patients with liver-derived diabetes,patients with high satisfaction,it is worth promoting the clinical application.
