临床护生对新颁布医疗机构生活垃圾管理的认知调查分析

The Clinical Nursing Students' Cognitive Investigation of the New Medical Institution's Life Waste Management

目的了解临床护生对国卫办新颁布的《关于在医疗机构推进生活垃圾分类管理的通知》(以下简称《通知》)认知水平,提高临床医疗生活垃圾分类的管理。方法运用便利抽样的方法对11所医学院校的235位临床护生进行问卷调查,回收有效调查表228份,录入调查结果并进行统计分析。结果接受调查的临床护生对《通知》的认知处于中等水平,总分为6分,临床护生对《通知》的认知得分(3.65±0.24)分。临床护生对相关的培训有不同的需求。结论临床护生对《通知》了解程度不高,相关部门应加强培训,采用多途径提高护生对《通知》的认知程度。

Objective To understand the cognizance level of the newly promulgated"notice on the classification and management of living waste in medical institutions"(hereinafter referred to as"notice")in clinical nursing care.To improve the management of the classification of clinical waste.Methods 235 clinical nursing students of 11 medical colleges were surveyed by convenience sampling.228 valid questionnaires were recovered,input survey results and carried out statistical analysis.Results The clinical nursing students who received the survey were at a moderate level of cognition in the notice,and clinical nursing students'cognition score of"Notice"was(3.65±0.24)score.Clinical nursing students had different needs for related training.Conclusion Clinical nursing students have a low understanding of"notice",and the relevant departments should strengthen training and adopt many ways to improve the cognition degree of nurses to"notice".
