广东学前教育改革40周年启示与展望

Enlightenment and Prospect of the 40th Anniversary of Guangdong Preschool Education Reform

文章基于广东学前教育改革40年以来取得的发展成果的启示,借鉴世界发达国家和地区学前教育改革先进经验,结合理论和案例分析,展望未来广东省学前教育改革的方向和路向,提出构建高质量学前教育公共服务体系和发展高质量学前教育的路径选择和推进措施:健全公共服务决策渠道、提高财政投入效率、优化供给结构、完善公共服务评价监督体系和完善政策保障制度、健全信息共享系统、建构合作共赢体系、完善质量评估保障体系,以推进广东学前教育普惠、优质、科学发展,促进广东省学前教育现代化和国际化。

This paper was based on the enlightenment of the development results obtained since the reform of Guangdong preschool education in the past 40 years and drawn on the advanced experience of the preschool education reform in developed countries and regions around the world.Furthermore,theory and case analysis were combined to look forward to the direction of Guangdong preschool education reform in the future.Therefore,some measures which were related to the construction of high quality preschool education public service system but also the way to develop high quality preschool education such as improving the decision-making channel of public service,advancing the efficiency of finance investment,constructing a cooperative and win-win system and improving the guarantee system of quality evaluation were put forward so as to promote Guangdong preschool education develop with a high quality scientifically as well as facilitate the modernization and internationalization of Guangdong preschool education.
