摘要
在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应面分析法优化牛蒡叶中单宁提取工艺,同时研究了大孔吸附树脂对牛蒡叶多酚的吸附和解吸性能.结果显示,牛蒡叶中单宁的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶70g·mL^(-1),提取温度60℃,提取时间150min.在此条件下,牛蒡叶中单宁的实际提取率为1.466%,与理论提取率相差0.006%.大孔吸附树脂对单宁的吸附实验表明,纯化单宁的最佳树脂是NK109型大孔树脂,其静态吸附率为76.27%,静态解吸率为46.87%,动态吸附率为74.76%,动态解析率为85.75%.
Based on single-factor experiments,the extraction technology of tannin from Arctium lappa L is optimized by using response surface analysis methodology,and the properties of macroporous adsorption and desorption are also investigated.The results show the optimal extracting condition is that material-to-liquid ratio is 1:70g·mL-1,extraction temperature is 60^and extraction time is 150 minutes,and under the condition the virtual extraction ratio of tannins is 1.466%,which differs 0.006%in theoretical extraction rate.The experiment of Macroporous Resin’s tannic adsorption shows the best resin to extract tannin is NK109,the static adsorption and desorption ratio are 76.27%and 46.87%,and the dynamic adsorption and desorption ratio are 74.76%and 85.75%.
