摘要
在对我国体育产业的发展现状及立法现状的基础上,提出了促进我国体育产业发展法治保障的若干措施:创造和谐体育产业法律大环境;确立体育产业立法的指导思想;加强相关配套法律法规的制定;加强体育产业执法和监督工作.希望通过本研究可以促进我国体育产业的健康、可持续发展.
Based on the current situation and legislation status quo in sports industry,some measures to promote the development of sports industry in our country are put forward to create a harmonious law environment for sports industry,establish the guiding ideology of the sports industry legislation,strengthen the relevant laws and regulations,strengthen law enforcement and supervision of the sports industry in the hope of promoting the development of Chinese sports industry and making it develop healthily and sustainably.
