基于创新人才培养的园林专业实践教学体系构建——以甘肃农业大学为例

Construction of Practical Teaching System of Landscape Specialty Based on Cultivation of the Innovative Talents——Taking Gansu Agricultural University as an Example

创新源于实践,实践教学是学生创新能力得到提升的途径之一.结合专业特点,以甘肃农业大学为例,就创新人才培养的园林专业实践教学体系构建进行了探讨.提出培养学生和教师的创新思维,构建与培养目标相适应的课程、条件、考核和管理为一体的实践教学体系,建设"导师制"实践体系、校内外实践教学基地以及大学生实践中心等多维化的创新实践平台是培养具有创新实践能力人才的重要措施.实践表明,这个体系有效提高了大学生的创新能力和实践能力.

Innovation comes from practice,and practical teaching is one of the ways to promote the innovative ability of students.Taking Gansu Agricultural University as an example,construction of practical teaching system of landscape specialty is discussed combining with specialty traits.Cultivation of teachers'and students'creative thinking and construction of practical teaching system integrating course,condition,exam with management in compliance with training objectives are put forward,and construction of the multi-dimensional innovative practical platforms,such as tutorial system,practical teaching bases inside and outside school,practice center of university students and so on is the crucial strategy to cultivate the innovative and practical talents.It is shown that this system effectively improves students'innovative and practical ability.
