The value of cultivating primary school Genera-list teachers and the implementation paths

摘要 小学全科教师是指能够独立承担国家规定的小学各类课程的教学,并能从事小学教学管理和研究的教师。小学全科教师的培养具有重大的现实价值:不仅能够应对农村小学教师短缺的问题、顺应国际小学教师规格要求,而且满足新课改对教师素质的需求、有利于促进学生完整人格的培养。实现小学全科教师培养的微观策略在于:课程体系综合化;课程内容小学化;理论教学实践化;实践教学多样化;评价方式多元化。 Primary school generalist teachers refer to teachers who are competent enough to teach independently all the subjects in primary schools,engaged in class management and do teaching research.Nowadays,it is necessary to cultivate generalist teachers for the reason of their magnificently practical value.First of all,children s whole-person development need systematic knowledge received from teachers who are qualified to the current international primary school teacher standards.The shortage of primary school teachers also needs teachers to assume more than one subject.The strategies of cultivating generalist teachers are as follows∶integrating curriculum structure,Associating curriculum contents with primary school teaching contents,utilizing practical activities to teach theoretic contents,and diversifying evaluation methods.
