“国培计划”乡村教师培训团队研修项目的实践与思考

《乡村教师培训指南》的出台是落实《乡村教师支持计划(2015-2020年)》的重要举措,同时为乡村教师的专业发展支持服务体系建设规划了蓝图。乡村教师的专业发展支持服务体系建设基础是乡村教师培训团队建设,而培训团队建设的关键是培训团队置换脱产研修环节。我校在2015、2016年承担了四个项目县的小学语文和小学数学学科教师培训团队培训任务,围绕培训团队的培训目标打造一支"用得上、干得好"县级教师协调机制、方案设计、团队建设、组织实施、考核评价等方面做了有益的实践与探索,在教育部组织的第三方满意度匿名测评中,我校的教师培训工作位于湖北省第一名。

The issue of rural teacher training guide"is the implementation of the rural teacher support plan(2015-2020)",the important measures for support to rural teacher's professional development while the blueprint service system construction planning.Rural teachers'professional development support service system is based on the construction of rural teachers'training team,and the key to the training team construction is the replacement of training team.Our school in 2015 and 2015,four projects county primary school Chinese and the elementary school mathematics teacher training team training task,surrounding the training team training objectives to build a"use,well done"at the county level teacher coordination mechanism,the scheme design,team construction,organization,implementation,evaluation and so on has made the beneficial exploration and practice,the ministry of education,in third party satisfaction anonymous evaluation of the organization work of teacher training in our school is located in hubei province first.
