地方本科高校转型发展过程中青年教师教学发展现状探析——以贵州省5所高校为例

摘要 伴随着我国经济发展方式的转变、产业结构的调整和生产方式的变革,我国社会职业岗位在调整过程中也发生了重大的变化。经济发展方式反过来逼迫高等教育改革和转型,而在转型的过程中高校教师教学发展也必须与改革转型的方向一致,否则就会阻碍社会的发展。在阐述相关理论的基础上,以贵州高校为例,深入探讨本科高校转型过程中青年教师教学发展的现状和存在的问题,为推进高校的改革转型提供科学的借鉴建议。 With the transformation of economic development,the adjustment of industrial structure and the reform of production mode in china,the social profession has taken place a significant change.The change of economic development pattern caused the reform of higher education and the transformation of universities in which the teachers in university has to conform to the direction of the reform and transformation when considering their own teaching development.Otherwise,it may hinder the development of the society.Based on relevant theories,this paper deeply discusses the current situation and development problems of young and middle-aged teachers in Guizhou universities in the process of universities transformation for the sake of offering some scientific suggestions to promote university transformation in Guizhou province.
