摘要
提高实践教学质量是培养创新创业人才的重要内容,当前,地方本科高校实践教学质量监控体系存在忽视标准建设、沿袭理论教学监控模式、监控环节不够完整、监控体系趋同等问题。地方本科高校应顺应时代的要求进行积极的改革,建立"目标导向、过程监控、多方评价、及时反馈,持续改进"的教学质量监控体系,完善教学质量标准、评价考核体系及其监督制度,构建"多主体、多维度、多渠道"的监控与评价运行机制,建立和完善实践教学质量信息处理及反馈改进系统等措施,提高学生的素质和能力。
Improving the quality of practical teaching plays an important role in cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship talents.However,in the quality monitoring system of practical teaching of local universities,there exist a series of problems,such as ignoring standard construction,following the theoretical mode of teaching monitoring,implementing incomplete monitoring procedures,and imitating similar monitoring system,etc.The quality monitoring system of practical teaching of local universities should focus on the change of its key point so as to go with the tide of development.In order to strengthen and improve the quality of practical teaching,it is necessary to establish the new quality monitoring system of practical teaching mainly placing emphasis on"goal-oriented,process monitoring,multiple evaluation,timely feedback,continuous improvement",improve the teaching quality standards,evaluation system and supervision system,construct the"multi-agent,multi-dimensional,multi-channel"monitoring and evaluation operation mechanism,and pay much attention to information processing and feedback improvement system for the sake of improving the practical quality and ability of students.
