信息技术情境创设下体育实践课的创新探索——以“头手倒立”技术研究课为例

The Innovative Exploration of Sports Practice in the Context of Information Technology——Take "Upside Down" Skill Research Class as An Example

在现代教育改革的趋势下,信息技术的广泛应用已经成为了现代教育的一种主要教学手段。当前体育实践课教学中,体育激趣情境的创设大多都渗透着信息技术,信息技术合理利用也有助于运动技能的习得。本文以头手倒立技术为研究课例,剖析头手倒立的技术特点,以武侠情怀为情感副线,利用信息技术创设武侠情境、运用信息化手段辅助技能教学,帮助学生正确掌握头手倒立技术。

Under the trend of modern education reform,the information technology has been widely used and become a major teaching method of modern education.In the current PE teaching lessons,the information technology not only helps teachers arouse students'interest,but also helps the students acquire motor skills.In this paper,the technique of upside down is used as an example to analyze the technical characteristics of the head handstand,meanwhile in order to help students grasp the headstand skills correctly,the teacher should makes full use of information technology to create martial arts situation and assist the teaching.
