摘要
本文主要运用文献资料法、访谈法、观察记录等方法对河南大学公共体育课进行实地观察,对大一学生进行访谈。发现一部分公共体育课的教师上课时比较随意,采用"放羊式"的教学。针对这种情况,本文主要从学生和教师两个方面出发,对如何上好一堂体育课做出探讨,并给出相应的建议,为评价体育课提供理论基础。
This paper mainly uses the literature method,interview method,and observation and record methods to field observe the Public PE of freshmen in Henan University.It is found that some teachers are too casual in teaching.Based on this situation,this article mainly discusses on how to present a well-organized PE class from both students and teachers sides,and offers related suggestions to provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of physical education.
