摘要
本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等,对燕郊地区120名瑜伽健身者的基本情况、锻炼效果进行调查分析。结果显示:通过长时间瑜伽练习对练习者的身心具有积极的作用,同时也提高他们工作与生活的效率。
This paper uses methods such as literature,interview,questionnaire survey,statistics and logic analysis to investigate and analyze the fundamental conditions and exercise effects of 120 Yoga participants.Results show that long time Yoga is very helpful for participants'mental and physical health.Meanwhile,Yoga is also beneficial for their work and life efficiency.
