摘要 介绍了扩散型、聚合物型和酶型及其他一些新型的时间-温度指示剂(TTI),并分析了淀粉酶型时间-温度指示剂的原理和应用。阐述了时间-温度指示剂的作用、发展、分类、存在问题及发展前景。 The diffusion type,polymer type and enzyme type of the indicator were discussed,and the principle and application of amylase type time-temperature indicator(TTI)were analyzed.The paper introduced the function,classification,existing problems and future development of time-temperature indicator.
