党建引领高校事业发展的实践与探索——以浙江医药高等专科学校“党建+”品牌创建为例

Practice and Exploration of Party Construction Leading the Development of Higher Education——Taking the Establishment of “Party Construction +” Brand in Zhejiang Pharmaceutical College as an Example

随着新时代发展,高校事业发展面临着新的机遇和挑战。浙江医药高等专科学校坚持以党建统领学校工作,紧扣医药特色,创建了"党建+"品牌,通过开展沉香·研习修身、厚朴·养气固本、佩兰·清风廉洁等六大行动计划,"党建+"30个优秀项目的生动实践,极大延展学校的党建工作,实现了党建与学校教育教学工作的全面融合,探索出一条党建引领学校事业发展的新路径。

With the development of new era,universities and colleges across China are confronted with new opportunities and challenges.Zhejiang Pharmaceutical College,adhering to governing the college by the Party construction,focusing on the medical features,has created the“Party construction+”brand.By carrying out the 6 major action plans,such as incense study and practice(Aquilaria sinensis),nourishing Qi and Consolidating Basis(Magnolia officinalis),uprightness and honesty(Eupatorium fortune),30 outstanding projects related with“the Party construction+”,the Party's construction has been greatly extended.Achievement of the comprehensive fusion of party construction and the college education and teaching turns out to be a new route for the Party construction to lead the development of the college.
