医保对定点医院的宏观监督中统计分析的应用

Application of Statistical Analysis in Macro-supervision of Medical Insurance over Contract Hospitals.

运用统计分析对定点医院进行宏观监督 ,既能规范医院的违规行为 ,及时有效控制医疗费用不合理的支出 ,又能给医院适当的发展空间。同时 ,统计分析也是医保监督管理的薄弱环节。文章从流程、实施条件尤其是统计分析方法的应用三个方面来介绍统计分析在监督中的重要性。

Macro-supervision on contract hospitals with statistical analysis can not only standardize behaviors of hospitals and control unreasonable health expense, but also give hospital appropriate development place. Meanwhile, statistical analysis is a weak link of medical insurance management. This paper introduces the significance of statistical analysis in medical insurance management from three aspects that are process, precondition, especially application of statistical analysis.
