摘要 针对节流阀阀口面积大小的调节对液压缸运动速度的控制,研究其他参数对液压缸运动速度的影响。利用液压仿真软件Fluid Sim3.6,通过不同外力、压力和流量分别作用对节流阀控制液压缸的运动速度进行测验。结果表明,外力和压力的作用下,节流阀的开口率小于70%,随外部力和压力的增加液压缸运动的速度曲线率越陡峭,节流阀的开口率大于70%,液压缸的速度是一个定值。当流量恒定,节流阀开口度比小于70%时,液压缸的运动速度平缓上升;节流阀开口度比大于70%时,随着流量的增加,液压缸的速度加快。 The effect of other parameters on the speed of hydraulic cylinder was studied in view of the control of throttle valve opening area on the speed of hydraulic cylinder.The hydraulic simulation software FluidSIM3.6 is used to test the velocity of the hydraulic cylinder controlled by the throttle valve by different external forces,pressure and flow.The results show that under the action of external force and pressure,the opening rate of throttle valve is less than 70%.With the increase of external force and pressure,the speed curve rate of hydraulic cylinder moves steeper,and the opening rate of throttle valve is more than 70%,and the speed of hydraulic cylinder is a fixed value.When the flow rate is constant and the opening ratio of the throttle valve is less than 70%,the movement speed of the hydraulic cylinder rises slowly,and when the opening ratio of the throttle valve is greater than 70%,the speed of the hydraulic cylinder is accelerated as the flow rate increases.
