Research on TRMI Synergistic Networks and its Complexity of Vocational Education Group

职业教育集团协同网络是协同关系分析的基础架构。基于职业教育集团组织特征、系统层次分析方法和复杂网络理论提出了职业教育集团TRMI协同网络,通过对TRMI协同网络静态特征和中心性分析,表明由协同子网、协同子网要素与要素协同元组成的协同网络模型是合理、有效的,TRMI协同网络对职业教育集团组织协同控制及协同效应形成具有应用价值。

The synergistic relationship network of vocational education group is the basic framework of synergistic relationship analysis.Based on the organizational characteristics of the vocational education group,the system level analysis method and the complex network theory,the TRMI synergistic network model of vocational education group was proposed.By analyzing both the static characteristics and centrality for TRMI synergistic network,it shows that the synergistic network model composed of the synergistic subnet,the synergistic subnet element and synergy element is reasonable and effective.TRMI model has a certain application value for the formation of synergistic control and synergy effects of vocational education group.
