摘要
针对三元复合驱采出污水性质特点,采用化学絮凝法对采出污水进行处理,但不同类型的絮凝剂处理效果不同。室内对油田三元复合驱采出污水进行絮凝处理,从污水处理后水中含油量和浊度两方面,分析评价不同类型絮凝剂的污水处理效果。经室内评价表明:高分子无机絮凝剂处理效果优于低分子无机絮凝剂;无机絮凝剂与有机絮凝剂复配使用污水处理效果优于无机或有机絮凝剂单剂。经室内评价实验,优选出三元复合驱采出污水处理的最佳絮凝剂复配配方,达到最优污水处理效果。
According to the characteristics of the produced wastewater properties of ASP flooding,chemical flocculation was used to treat the wastewater,but,different types of flocculants have different treatment effects.Flocculation treatment was carried out for the ASP flooding in the oil field,and the wastewater treatment effect of different types of flocculant was evaluated by analyzing the oil content and turbidity of the water after treatment.The results showed that the treatment effect of polymer inorganic flocculant was better than that of low molecular inorganic flocculant.The inorganic flocculant and organic flocculant compound with the use of sewage treatment effect is better than that of inorganic or organic flocculant agent.Through the laboratory evaluation experiment,the optimal flocculant compound formula of ASP flooding was selected to achieve the optimal wastewater treatment effect.
