摘要
信息化技术的引入是现代政务体系发展过程中最为有效的效率提升和资源整合手段之一,机构编制管理部门在实际工作中对于信息化技术的依赖度相对较高。文章重点针对机构编制工作的基本需求,探讨信息化技术在机构编制工作中应用价值及特色需求供应模式,分析现阶段机构编制工作中信息化技术应用的常见问题并提出相应解决策略。
The introduction of information technology is the modern government affairs system in the development of one of the most effective means of productivity and resource integration,the establishments of the management for information technology in the practical work of dependence relatively high.This paper in view of the basic needs of the recruitment work,discusses the application of information technology in the establishments of work value and characteristic demand supply mode,analyzes the present stage the recruitment work of the common problems of the application of information technology and put forward the corresponding solution strategy.
