摘要
利用STA 449F3型同步热分析仪研究了碳酸丙烯酯(PC)和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)及其组成的二元混合溶液的玻璃化转变过程,得到了PC/DMP二元混合溶液的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)随DMP质量分数的变化关系:随着DMP质量分数的增加,PC/DMP二元混合溶液的玻璃化转变温度升高,但是其Tg介于两纯组分Tg之间,通过对数据拟合,获得了混合溶液的Tg随DMP质量分数的增加基本呈现线性变化的规律.
The glass transition process of propylene carbonate(PC),dimethyl phthalate(DMP)and the binary mixed solution composed of PC and DMP are researched by STA 449 F3 simultaneous thermal analyzer,the relationship between the glass transition temperature(Tg)of PC/DMP binary mixed solution and mass fraction of DMP are obtained.With the increase of DMP’s mass fraction,the glass transition temperature of the binary mixed solution are increase,however,the glass transition temperature of them are between Tg of two pure components.Fitted the experimental data,it is concluded that the glass transition temperature of the binary mixed solution basically shows the linear regulation with the increase of mass fraction of DMP.
