轮船招商局人才策略的转变

The change of talent strategy in China Merchants Steamship Navigation Company

摘要 轮船招商局成立之初,面临新式人才缺乏的窘境,不得不采取"借才异域"的策略。此举对早期轮船招商局的发展起了积极作用,但这种依赖外人的局面并未随着时代的发展而改变,从而给该局的发展带来诸多弊病。20世纪二三十年代,在南京国民政府的支持下,轮船招商局逐步采取一些措施,才最终结束了"借才异域"的历史,实现了人才策略的转变。 At the beginning of the establishment of China Merchants Steamship Navigation Company,facing the lack of new talents,the strategy of borrowing talent from foreign areas had to be adopted.This strategy,which lasted more than half a century,played an important role in the development of the China Merchants Steamship Navigation Company and also had many drawbacks.Until the 1920s-1930s,under the support of the Nanjing National Government,China Merchants Steamship Navigation Company gradually took some measures to end the history of hiring foreign talents,and finally realized talent self-reliance.
