活动性非曲张性上消化道出血的急诊胃镜止血效果分析

Analysis of Hemostatic Effect of Emergency Gastroscopy on Active Nonvariceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的观察分析活动性非曲张性上消化道出血的急诊胃镜止血效果。方法随机选取该院2015年10月—2017年10月收治的62例活动性非曲张性上消化道出血患者为该次实验研究对象,按个体呕血、便血至入院就诊时间不同分为实验组与对照组,实验组31例患者呕血、便血等出血症状至入院时间在48 h以内且给予急诊胃镜止血,对照组31例患者呕血、便血等出血症状至入院时间超过48 h且给予普通胃镜止血,观察比较两组患者诊疗情况。结果实验组患者病因检出率明显高于对照组(91.4%vs 80.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者镜下成功止血率明显优于对照组(93.5%vs 80.6%),实验组患者输血率明显低于对照组(41.5%vs 54.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组(6.5%)与对照组(22.6%)两组患者并发症差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于活动性非曲张性上消化道出血患者应用急诊胃镜止血效果好,其止血效果明显优于普通胃镜止血。

Objective This paper tries to observe and analyze the hemostatic effect of emergency gastroscopy on active non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 62 cases of active non tract hemorrhage patients were randomly selected in the hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 in study of varicose upper gastrointestinal,hematemesis,hematochezia treatment according to the individual time to admission divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group of 31 patients with hematemesis and hematochezia bleeding symptoms to hospitalization in 48 h were given emergency endoscopic hemostasis,while 31 cases of control group patients with hematemesis and hematochezia bleeding symptoms to hospitalization more than 48 Were given ordinary gastroscope hemostasis,and the two groups of patients with treatment were compared.Results The detection rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(91.4%vs 80.7%),with significant difference(P<0.05).The successful hemostasis rate in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(93.5%vs 80.6%).The blood transfusion rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(41.5%vs 54.8%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group(6.5%)and control group(22.6%),there were significant differences in the complication between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with active non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,emergency gastroscopy has a good effect on hemostasis,and its hemostatic effect is obviously better than that of ordinary gastroscopy.
