舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效评价

Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy of Sublingual Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的研究舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法方便选择该院400例过敏性鼻炎患者,研究时间为2014年1月—2017年1月,按照是否给予舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗分两组,每组200例,一般抗过敏治疗对照组,舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗实验组,观察患者的临床效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率为99.0%,高于对照组的82.0%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.306,P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗后鼻痒、鼻塞、喷嚏、流涕各症状评分分别为(3.26±1.50)分、(3.64±1.27)分、(3.29±1.21)分、(3.36±1.49)分,较治疗后的对照组患者相应评分明显要低,两组差异有统计学意义(t=12.690、13.473、14.054、12.663,P<0.05)。实验组无明显不良发应出现,对照组不良反应发生率为7.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.583,P<0.05)。结论舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎效果显著,作为一种新型脱敏药物不仅达到治疗效果,而且可避免患者发生不良反应,安全可靠。

Objective This paper tries to study the clinical efficacy of sublingual Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 400 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis from January 2014 to January 2017 were convenient selected,according to whether given sublingual Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops treatment were divided into two groups,with 200 cases in each group,the general anti allergic treatment as control group,sublingual Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in the experimental group,to observe the clinical effect of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 99.0%,which was higher than that of the control group of 82.0%,and the difference of data was statistically significant(χ2=11.306,P<0.05).Patients in the experimental group after the treatment of nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose,the symptom score was(3.26±1.50)points,(3.64±1.27)points,(3.29±1.21)points,(3.36±1.49)points,compared with the control group after treatment were significantly lower,there was statistical significance between the two group(t=12.690,13.473,14.054,12.663,P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the experimental group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 7.5%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ2=15.583,P<0.05).Conclusion The sublingual dermatophagoides farinae drops in treating allergic rhinitis is significant,as a new type of desensitization medicine not only achieve the therapeutic effect,but also can avoid the incidence of adverse reaction,safe and reliable.
