肾内科患者应用静脉留置针的护理分析

Analysis of Venous Indwelling Needle Nursing of Patients with Internal Nephrology Disease

目的探讨肾内科患者静脉留置针护理中采用风险管理对护理满意度以及护理风险的影响。方法方便选取该院自2014年3月—2015年3月间收治的110例肾内科患者作为研究对象,随机将其分成两组,对照组患者55例静脉留置针常规护理,观察组患者55例在静脉留置针操作中实施风险管理,对比两组患者留置针不良事件发生情况和患者对护理满意度评价。结果观察组患者留置针不良事件发生率为16.36%,远低于对照组的36.36%(χ~2=5.666,P<0.05);观察组患者对护理满意度为90.91%,对照组仅为80.00%(χ~2=3.633,P<0.05)。结论肾内科患者静脉留置针护理中采用风险管理模式能够降低不良事件发生率、提高护理服务质量,因此值得推广使用。

Objective This paper tries to study the nursing satisfaction and risk management of patients with internal nephrology disease that applied venous indwelling needle nursing.Methods 110 patients in the Nephrology Department of this hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were conveniently selected as research objects and were divided into two groups randomly.Control group contained 55 patients with venous indwelling needle routine nursing care while observation group included 55 patients adopting methods of risk management in venous indwelling needle nursing.Then compared two groups of patients with occurrence rate of indwelling needle adverse events and patients’satisfaction evaluation.Results The occurrence rate of incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 16.36%,far lower than that of the control group of 36.36%(χ2=5.666,P<0.05);nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 90.91%while that of the control group was only 80.00%(χ2=3.633,P<0.05).Conclusion Venous indwelling needle of nursing in patients with internal nephrology disease adopting the model of risk management can reduce the occurrence rate of adverse events and improve the quality of nursing.Therefore,it is worth promotion and application.
