微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石的护理措施及效果评价

Nursing Measures and Effectiveness Evaluation of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Lithotomy in Treating Renal Calculi

目的探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石的护理措施及效果。方法选取2016年1—12月期间新矿集团莱芜中心医院收治的100例肾结石患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组优质护理,对照组常规护理。术后对患者肾功能情况、VAS评分、睡眠质量进行评价。结果该次研究结果显示,观察组患者SCr、BUN分别为:(61.52±21.73)μmol/L、(31.72±17.51)mmol/L,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.097,22.446,P=0.0017,0.000 4);观察组术后6 h、术后2 d VAS评分以及护理满意度评分、睡眠质量评分分别为:(4.06±0.46)分、(1.24±0.21)分、(4.78±0.35)分、(5.45±1.21)分,均显著优于于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.37、12.44、16.18、15.46,P<0.05)。结论应用优质的护理措施对微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗过程进行护理,能够有效改善患者肾功能,减轻患者疼痛,提高患者及家属的满意度。

Objective This paper aims to explore the nursing measures and effectiveness of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy in treating renal calculi.Methods 100 real calculi patients in Xinwen Mining Group Laiwu Central Hospital from January to December 2016 were conveniently selected as the research object and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of which contains 50 patients.Patients in the observation group had high quality nursing while in the control group,patients received routine nursing.After operation,renal function,VAS score and sleeping quality were evaluated.Results The results of this study showed that data of SCr and BUN in the observation group were separately(61.52±21.73)μmol/L and(31.72±17.51)mmol/L,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(t=13.097,22.446,P=0.001 7,0.000 4);postoperative 6 h,postoperative 2 dVAS score,nursing satisfaction score,sleeping quality score in the observation group were separately(4.06±0.46)points,(1.24±0.21)points,(4.78±0.35)points and(5.45±1.21)points,which were obviously better than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(t=10.37,12.44,16.18,15.46,P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing measures applied in the process of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy can effectively improve the renal function of patients,reduce their pain,and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
