视黄醇结合蛋白的检测方法及临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的阐述视黄醇结合蛋白临床监测方法 ,探究血清视黄醇结合蛋白含量检测临床应用价值。方法通过知网、万方等数据库搜寻视黄醇结合蛋白临床监测方法 ,随机选取该院2016年5月—2017年5月收治的148例进行免疫比浊法检测视黄醇结合蛋白的患者,分析比较患者患病类型以及视黄醇结合蛋白含量变化情况。结果肝系疾病中肝硬化、急慢性肝炎患者血清视黄醇结合蛋白含量分别为(21.68±2.1)、(28.95±2.7)mg/L,明显低于正常者(t=2.248、2.265,P<0.05);肾系疾病患者血清视黄醇结合蛋白含量明显高于正常者;营养性疾病中甲状腺功能减退、消化系统疾病患者的血清视黄醇结合蛋白含量明显低于正常者(t=2.236、2.245,P<0.05)。结论免疫比浊法检测视黄醇结合蛋白对于明确肝肾功能病变以及营养性疾病具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective This paper tries to explain the clinical detection methods of retinol conjugated protein,and explore the clinical application value of serum retinol conjugated protein contents detection.Methods Searching for clinical detection methods of retinol conjugated protein from database such as CNKI and Wanfang.Then choosing 148 patients who were adopting immunoturbidimetry to check retinol conjugated protein in this hospital from May,2016 to May 2017.Analyzing and comparing the type of disease as well as the changing situation of retinol conjugated protein content.Results In liver diseases,retinol conjugated protein content of liver cirrhosis patients,and oxyhepatitis and chronic hepatitis patients are separately(21.68±2.1)mg/L and(28.95±2.7)mg/L,which are significantly lower than those of normal individuals(t=2.248,2.265,P<0.05);the retinol conjugated protein content of kidney disease patients are obviously higher than those of normal individuals.In nutritional diseases,the retinol conjugated protein content of hypothyroidism patients and digestive system disease patients are distinctly lower than that of normal individuals(t=2.236,2.245,P<0.05).Conclusion Immunoturbidimetry in checking retinol conjugated protein content has significant clinical application value to define liver and kidney function lesion and nutritional diseases.
