摘要
目的分析独活寄生汤配合膝三针热补法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法随机选取2016年3月—2017年4月该院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者76例进行对比实验。给予对照组独活寄生汤配合膝三针,给予实验组独活寄生汤配合膝三针热补法。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后,实验组患者MPQ为(17.59±7.42)分、MG(4.68±1.58)分、JOA(66.24±3.79)分,各项参数经对比,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤配合膝三针热补法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效佳,具较高临床价值。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the curative effect of Duhuojisheng decoction combined with acupuncture treatment of three knee repair method of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 76 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint in this hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were randomly selected to carry out a comparative experiment.The control group was given Duhuojisheng decoction combined with knee needle three,the experimental group was given Duhuojisheng decoction combined with three needle repair method of knee.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the MPQ in the experimental group was(17.59±7.42)points,MG(4.68±1.58)points and JOA(66.24±3.79)points,and the parameters were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Duhuojisheng decoction combined with three needle repair method in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of the knee has a high clinical value.
