肝胆手术后胆漏的临床治疗分析

Clinical Analysis of Bile Leakage after Hepatobiliary Surgery

目的分析和研究肝胆手术后胆漏的临床治疗方法及效果。方法方便选取在2011年11月—2017年11月期间来该院治疗的行肝胆手术后并发胆漏的64例患者,回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果在64例患者中,30例采取非手术治疗,34例采取手术治疗,共有5例患者发生并发症,其并发症发生率为7.81%;1例死亡,其死亡率为1.56%;63例痊愈,其痊愈率为98.44%。结论在肝胆手术中有很多因素都会引起术后胆漏,因此在术后需要密切关注患者各项临床指征的变化,一旦发现胆漏情况,就需要根据患者的实际情况合理选择有效的治疗措施,这在提高患者术后生活质量的同时,也能够有效的保证患者生命健康安全。

Objective This paper tries to analyze and study the clinical treatment and effect of biliary leakage after hepatobiliary surgery.Methods The clinical data of 64 cases of patients with biliary leakage in this hospital from December 2011 to December 2017 were convenient selected retrospectively analyzed.Results In all the 64 cases,30 patients were treated with non-surgical treatment,34 cases were treated with surgery,5 patients had complications,and the complication rate was 7.81%.One death,with a mortality rate of 1.56%;63 cases were cured,the recovery rate was 98.44%.Conclusion In hepatobiliary surgery there are many factors that can cause postoperative bile leakage,and therefore need to pay close attention to the patient’s clinical indications after the change,once found bile leakage,need to be based on the actual situation of patients to choose a reasonable and effective treatment,to improve the quality of life of patients after surgery,and can effectively ensure the lives and health of patients.
