无瘤技术在腹腔镜下胃癌根治术中的临床应用价值研究

Clinical Application of Tumor-free Technique in Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer

目的研究与分析无瘤技术在腹腔镜下胃癌根治术中的临床应用价值。方法从该院2016年3月—2017年9月期间内接收的胃癌患者中,随机抽取152例患者,将其分为观察组与对照组,均76例。对照组患者接受传统开腹手术进行治疗,观察组患者接受无瘤腹腔镜胃癌根治术进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的效果,观察连住患者手术的基本情况。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率(97.37%)显著高于对照组患者(82.90%),(χ2=11.774,P=0.001);观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均低于对照组患者,观察组患者淋巴结清扫量高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无瘤技术在腹腔镜下胃癌根治术中应用价值较高,治疗效果较为显著,降低了患者的出血量,较为彻底的清理了患者的淋巴结,有效的预防了癌细胞的扩散,促进了患者的恢复,临床价值较高,值得推广使用。

Objective This paper tries to study and analyze the clinical application values of non-tumor technique in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods 152 cases of patients with gastric cancer received in this hospital from March,2016 to September,2017 were randomly selected,and were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 76 cases in each group.he control group was treated with traditional laparotomy,while the observation group was received non-tumor laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.Then,the effect of the two groups of patients after treatment were observed,and the basic conditions of the operation were observed.Results The total effective rate of the patients after the treatment in the observation group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 82.90%(χ2=11.774,P=0.001);And the operation time,the amount of bleeding and the hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The amount of lymph node dissection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of non-tumor technique in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer is high,and its treatment effects are significant,which can reduce the the amount of bleeding of the patient,and can thoroughly clean up the lymph nodes of the patient,effectively prevent the proliferation of cancer cells,promote the recovery of the patient,the clinical value is high,thus it is worth promoting and using.
