高原性肺动脉高压患者行泻肺化瘀法治疗对肺血管活性因子的影响

摘要 目的分析中医泻肺化瘀法在高原性肺动脉高压患者治疗中的应用价值。方法随机选取该院2016年7月—2017年7月实施治疗的86例高原性肺动脉高压患者,依照患者的治疗方法分成两组,对照组和观察组患者各43例,分别实施单纯西医治疗及西医结合泻肺化瘀法治疗,对比分析两组患者肺血管活性因子变化。结果治疗后,和对照组患者相比,观察组患者的IMD、ADM、ET-1、mPAP、CRP、IL-6、TNF-a、5-HT以及AT-II指标明显偏低,差异对比结果显示(t=8.634 1/9.637 3/10.286 7/8.274 6/10.324 6/12.159 6/8.569 3/9.539 6/8.123 9,P<0.05)。结论在高原性肺动脉高压患者临床治疗中,对患者实施泻肺化瘀法治疗,有助于显著提升患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者肺血管活性因子,值得推广应用。 Objective This paper tries to analyze the application of Chinese medicine purging lung and removing stasis method in the treatment of patients with high altitude pulmonary hypertension.Methods A total of 86 patients with high altitude pulmonary hypertension who were treated in this hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the patients’treatment.The patients in the control group and observation group each received 43 cases of Western medicine combined with Xiefei Huayu treatment,comparative analysis of two groups of patients with pulmonary vascular activity factor changes was carried out.Results After treatment,the indexes of IMD,ADM,ET-1,mPAP,CRP,IL-6,TNF-a,5-HT and AT-II in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=8.634 1/9.637 3/10.286 7/8.274 6/10.324 6/12.159 6/8.569 3/9.539 6/8.123 9,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with high altitude pulmonary hypertension,the implementation of the method of purging the lung and removing blood stasis is helpful to significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of patients and improve the pulmonary vasoactive factors in patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
