豪火针联合308照射治疗中学生白癜风临床分析

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Vitiligo of Middle School Students by Combination of Fire Needle Combined with 308 Irradiation

目的对毫火针联合308照射进行中学生白癜风治疗的作用效果进行研究分析。方法方便选取该院2016年10月—2017年7月收治的40例中学生白癜风患者,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组两个组别,每组各20例,其中,观察组患者采用毫火针联合308照射治疗,对照组单纯使用308毫火针照射治疗,治疗3个月后观察对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者病症治疗有效率为90.0%,对照组患者病症治疗有效率为65.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.546,P<0.05)。结论毫火针联合308照射治疗中学生白癜风具有较好的效果,有效率相对较高,值得推广应用。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of irradiation combined with 308 milli fire needle in the treatment of vitiligo of middle school students.Methods 40 cases of middle school students with vitiligo in this hospital from October 2016 to July 2017 were selected,the patients were convenient selected divided into observation group and control group two groups,with 20 cases in each group,the observation group adopted combined radiation therapy with 308 milli fire needle group,the control group only used 308 milli fire needle therapy,two groups were observed and compared of the therapeutic effect after 3 months of treatment.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,while the effective rate of the control group was 65.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=8.546,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined 308 milli fire needle irradiation in the treatment of vitiligo of middle school students has good effect,efficiency is relatively higher,it is worthy of popularization and application.
