手术室护理中无缝隙护理的施行方式及护理质量研究

Study on the Way and Nursing Quality of Seamless Nursing in Operating Room Nursing

目的探讨手术室护理中无缝隙护理的施行方式及护理质量。方法方便选取2014年1月—2017年12月90例手术室患者并随机数字表法分组。传统护理组采用的护理方式是常规护理,无缝隙护理组采用的护理方式是无缝隙护理。比较效果。结果无缝隙护理组手术室护理工作满意度93.33%高于传统护理组66.67%(χ2=11.013,P<0.05);无缝隙护理组护理人员责任心等评分高于对照组(t=8.147、9.250、9.135、8.134、9.552、8.612,P<0.05)。干预后无缝隙护理组焦虑、抑郁、心率、血压等手术身心应激状态优于传统护理组(P<0.05)。无缝隙护理组手术不良事件发生率4.44%低于传统护理组22.22%(χ2=8.652,P<0.05)。结论手术室护理中无缝隙护理的施行方式效果确切,值得推广和应用。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the implementation and nursing quality of seamless nursing in operating room nursing.Methods From January 2014 to December 2017,90 patients in the operating room were convenient selected and randomly divided into groups.The traditional nursing group adopted the nursing method of routine care,seamless care group adopted a nursing approach of seamless care and the effect of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of 93.33%in operation room in seamless nursing group was higher than that of traditional nursing group of 66.67%(χ2=11.013,P<0.05).The score of responsibility of nursing staff in seamless nursing group was higher than that of control group(t=8.147,9.250,9.135,8.134,9.552,8.612,P<0.05).After intervention,the anxiety,depression,heart rate,blood pressure and other surgical physical and mental stress in the seamless nursing group were better than those in the traditional nursing group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the seamless nursing group was 4.44%lower than that in the traditional nursing group 22.22%(χ2=8.652,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of seamless nursing in operation room nursing is effective and worthy of popularization and application.
