PICC在危重新生儿中的临床应用及护理

Clinical Application and Nursing of PICC in Critical Neonates

目的观察与探究PICC在危重新生儿中的临床应用及护理。方法方便选取2013年3月—2017年12月期间于该院就诊及治疗的60例危重新生儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组有30例新生儿,对对照组新生儿给予普通留置针加常规护理,对观察组新生儿给予PICC置管加综合护理,对比并分析两组新生儿的效果。结果观察组的平均留置时间(20.14±1.40)d、治愈率(96.67%)、一次置管成功率(93.33%)、并发症总发生率(3.33%)、家长的护理满意度(96.67%)与对照组相对比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PICC置管在危重新生儿中具有重要临床应用价值,加强对PICC置管的危重新生儿的护理干预十分重要。

Objective This paper tries to observe and explore the clinical application and nursing of PICC in critical neonates.Methods 60 cases of severe neonatal between March 2013 and December 2017 in this hospital for diagnosis and treatment were convenient selected as the research object,according to random number table method,they were divided into two groups,each group had 30 cases of newborn,the control group was given ordinary needle plus routine nursing,the observation group newborns adopted PICC catheter and comprehensive care,contrast and analysis of the effect of two groups of newborn were carried out.Results The average retention time in the observation group was(20.14±1.40)d,the cure rate was 96.67%,the rate of primary catheterization was 93.33%,the complication rate was 3.33%,and the nursing satisfaction of parents was 96.67%,compared with the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PICC catheter has important clinical application value in critical neonates,and it is very important to strengthen the nursing intervention of the critically neonates in PICC catheter.
