点阵激光在皮肤及美容方面的应用效果

Application Effect of Fractional Laser in the Skin and Cosmetology

目的探究皮肤及美容应用点阵激光的效果。方法随机选取2015年7月—2017年12月该院接收的皮肤美容患者100例作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法均分为两组,即参照组50例(行常规激光美容治疗)与试验组50例(行点阵激光美容治疗)。治疗后统计对比两组疗效及并发症发生情况的优劣。结果试验组治疗后的总疗效(98.00%)高于参照组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.698 5,P=0.001 1);两组并发症发生率(24.00%vs 6.00%)比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.680 7,P=0.009 7)。结论点阵激光应用在皮肤美容患者中能获得令人满意的效果,安全性高,建议作为一种科学有效的美容方案进一步推广。

Objective To study the effect of fractional laser in the skin and cosmetology.Methods 100 cases of patients with cosmetic dermatology admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each,the control group and the test group were respectively treated with routine laser and fractional laser,and the curative effect and occurrence of complications were compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the total curative effect in the test group was higher than that in the control group(98.00%vs 76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.698 5,P=0.001 1);and the difference in the incidence rate of complications between the two groups was statistically significant(24.00%vs 6.00%)(χ2=6.6807,P=0.0097).Conclusion The effect of fractional laser in the skin and cosmetology is satisfactory with high safety,which is suggested to be further promoted as a scientific and effective method.
