探讨盐酸美金刚治疗老年帕金森病痴呆患者的临床疗效及不良反应

Study on Clinical Curative Effect and Adverse Reactions of Memantine Hydrochloride in Treatment of Senile Patients with Parkinson Disease with Dementia

目的探讨盐酸美金刚治疗老年帕金森病痴呆患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法方便选取该院2013年1月—2017年1月收治的老年帕金森病痴呆患者120例,按门诊挂号先后顺序随机分为观察组(给予盐酸美金刚治疗)和对照组(给予盐酸多奈哌齐),每组60例。于治疗前和治疗12周后采用蒙特利尔认知量表(Mo CA)和简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)进行评分,比较两组患者的治疗效果,统计其不良反应发生情况。结果治疗12周后两组患者Mo CA和MMSE评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗后观察组治疗总有效率(91.67%,55/60)高于对照组(71.67%,43/60),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸美金刚治疗老年帕金森病痴呆患者疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect and safety of memantine hydrochloride in treatment of senile patients with Parkinson disease with dementia.Methods 120 cases of senile patients with Parkinson disease with dementia admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the admission order with 60 cases in each,the observation group and the control group were respectively treated with memantine hydrochloride and donepezil hydrochloride,and the MoCA and MMSE was scored before treatment and in 12 weeks after treatment,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were counted.Results The MoCA and MMSE scores in 12 weeks after treatment were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total treatment effective rate in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group[(91.67%,55/60)vs(71.67%,43/60)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of memantine hydrochloride in treatment of senile patients with Parkinson disease with dementia is obvious,with high safety.
