创伤链式抢救流程在急救护理中的运用分析

目的将创伤链式抢救流程应用于重度创伤患者的急救护理中,分析并评价其运用效果。方法方便选取2015年9月—2016年9月该院收入30例重度创伤患者纳入参照组,这个时间段内还没有实行创伤链式抢救流程,将2016年10月—2017年10月该院收入30例重度创伤患者纳入实验组,这个时间段内已经实行创伤链式抢救流程,关注并计算两组患者基本生命支持的抢救时间平均值、达到基本生命支持要求的抢救时间总计值、存活总计值。结果实验组患者基本生命支持的抢救时间平均值(13.5±1.0)min对比于参照组患者统计值(15.8±2.0)min,差异有统计学意义(t=5.633 8,P<0.05),实验组患者达到基本生命支持要求的抢救时间总计值76.67%对比于参照组患者统计值50.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.593 3,P<0.05),实验组患者存活总计值93.33%对比于参照组患者统计值73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.320 0,P<0.05)。结论在重度创伤患者的急救护理中采取创伤链式抢救流程呈现较优效果,具有推广使用价值和意义。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of trauma chain rescue process in the emergency nursing.Methods 30 cases of patients with severe wound in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were conveniently selected,during the period,the trauma chain rescue process was not implemented,and 30 cases of patients with severe wound in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the experimental group,during the period,the trauma chain rescue process was implemented,and the average value of rescue time,total rescue time of reaching the life support requirements and total survival time of the two groups were emphasized and calculated.Results The average value of rescue time of basic life support in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively(13.5±1.0)min and(15.8±2.0)min,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.633 8,P<0.05),and the total rescue time of reaching the life support requirement in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(76.67%vs 50.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.593 3,P<0.05),and the total survival value in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(93.33%vs 73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.320 0,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of trauma chain rescue process in the emergency nursing of patients with severe wound is better,which is worth application and promotion.
