摘要
采用考试焦虑诊断问卷和学业自我效能感自评量表,以550名农村初中生为调查对象,探讨农村初中生考试焦虑、学业自我效能感的现状及二者之间的关系。研究结果显示:大部分农村初中生的考试焦虑处于正常范围,但仍有少数学生考试焦虑水平过高;学段越高,学生的考试焦虑水平越高;考试焦虑与学业自我效能感的负相关极其显著,高焦虑者得分显著低于低焦虑者;学习能力自我效能感能显著预测初中生的考试焦虑水平。学校可通过建立高效课堂、开设心理健康教育课程、完善家校互动机制等恰当的干预策略,预防或降低初中生考试焦虑现象的发生。
Using test anxiousness in the diagnosis of self-reported questionnaire and academic self-efficacy scale,this paper explores the status of anxiousness in examination and academic self-efficacy,and the relationship between them among 550 students in rural junior middle schools.The results show that although most students'anxiousness is within the normal scale,few of them are still in the status of high anxiety;as the grade increases,the level of the anxiety is much higher;the obvious negative correlation lies in between the anxiousness in examination and academic self-efficacy,which means the scores of students with high anxiousness are higher than ones with lower anxiousness;the self-efficacy of study ability can predict the level of anxiousness.So,the school can prevent or reduce the occurrence of test anxiousness there by setting up efficient classroom,establishing education curriculum,and improving some appropriate intervention strategies such as the interactive home-school mechanism.
