高职院校提升实习管理水平的探索与实践——以渤海船舶职业学院为例

实习实训是高职院校人才培养计划和教学活动的重要环节。渤海船舶职业学院进一步规范学生实习工作,建立了完善的现代职业院校实习制度。实习实训过程全面实行企业化6S管理制度,工学云(蘑菇丁APP)顶岗实习管理云服务信息系统与教育部数据采集平台实现对接,实现数字化校园集APP+PC多端管理模式,实习实训管理工作效率和质量得到显著提升。

Practice and training are important parts of talents training plans and teaching activities in higher vocational colleges.Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College further standardizes students'practice work and establishes a perfect practice system for modern vocational colleges.In the process of practice and training,the enterprise-based 6S management system is fully implemented and post practice management cloud service information system of the engineering cloud(Mushroom Diced APP)is connected with the data collection platform of the Ministry of Education,which achieve the digital campus with the APP+PC multi terminal management mode and improve the efficiency and quality of the practice and training management greatly.
