摘要
让"工匠精神"在职业教育中"扎根",工匠技术培养固然重要,学生品质和精神的塑造与弘扬更不容忽视。体验式教学是促进中职德育课教学改革、提高课堂教学实效性的有效途径。从国家政策导向、中职德育课程改革和中职学生特点3个方面论证中职德育课实施体验式教学的可行性,探索出创设情境启动体验、设计问题激活体验、交流感悟升华体验和评价反思践行体验教学模式的应用形式。
It is important to cultivate craftsman techonogy in order to have"craftsmanship spirit"taken root in vocational education.The shaping and promotion of students'quality and spirit should not be overlooked.Experiencing type teaching is an effective way to promote the teaching reform of moral education course and enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching.From three aspects of national policy orientation,the curriculum reform of moral education courses in secondary vocational schools and the characteristics of secondary vocational students,this paper demonstrates the feasibility of implementing experiencing type teaching,and explores the application forms of teaching model of creating situation to start experience,designing problems to activate experience,exchanging feeling to sublimate experience and evaluating reflection to practice experience.
