摘要
为应对朝鲜不断发展的核武器与导弹能力,韩军加快完善韩美"针对性威慑战略"和"4D"作战概念,积极构建"韩国型三轴体系",持续保持对朝高压态势。同时,韩军继续推进国防改革,加强自主国防能力建设,推动尽早收回战时作战指挥权。另外,韩军更加重视韩美军事同盟关系,加快推动萨德入韩,发展韩美日三边军事合作,持续开展对外军事交流,努力维护地区和世界的和平与稳定。
In response to the DPRK's nuclear and missile development,the ROK has continued to develop ROK-US Tailored Deterrence Strategy and 4D Operational Concept,and build Korean 3-Axis System,aiming to maintain a high-pressure deterrence against the DPRK.Meanwhile,the ROK has continued to deepen its defense reform,and enhance self-defense capabilities,pushing for an earlier return of its wartime operational controls.Moreover,as the ROK-US alliance is a strategic linchpin for the ROK,the ROK has agreed to fully deploy THAAD,strengthened the ROK-US alliance and the ROK-US-Japan trilateral military cooperation.The ROK has also expanded military cooperation all over the world,in the purpose of maintaining peace and stability of the region and the world.
