摘要
一流学科建设需要健全的学科生态体系,推进学科群和交叉新兴学科建设,从而带动学校人才培养能力的整体提升。文章研究在学科交叉建设过程中研究人员对于交叉学科的心理认同问题。运用实证分析方法识别交叉学科构建过程中心理认同度的影响因素,研究得出:个体差异对心理认同度影响程度最大,学科交叉机制影响次之,而交叉学科构建环境的影响程度最低。在实证结果的基础上,对从学科交叉到交叉学科构建过程中心理认同度提升提出对策建议。
The development of first-class disciplines requires a sound disciplinary ecological system which promotes the construction of discipline groups and the development of emerging interdisciplinary disciplines and in turn enhances the overall quality of undergraduate and graduate education in higher institutions.Our research topic is the psychological identification of emerging interdisciplinary disciplines among researchers.Empirical research methodology has been used to identify the factors affecting the psychological identification of emerging inter-disciplines.The results show that individual differences have the greatest impact on the psychological construction,followed by interdisciplinary mechanism,and cross-discipline has the lowest impact.Proposals based on the research results have been given to promote the psychological recognition of inter-disciplines,which may shed some lights on how individuals and organizations can contribute to the development of inter-disciplines in higher institutions.
