After China’s entry into the modern legal society,the occurrence of unjust cases is still common.Misjudged cases not only cause irreparable harm to the physical,mental,and property of innocent people and their families,but also provoke the authority of laws and undermine the dignity of judiciary.Therefore,based on the current situation of frequent misjudged cases in China,it is very important to analyze the cause of misjudged cases and put forward effective solutions on how to prevent misjudged cases.
