以迈克尔·波特价值链理论为基础,以苏南县市报为样本,分析当前县市报数字化生存状况,探索县市报纸媒"融为一体、合而为一"的协同创新工作机制。

Based on Michael Potter's theory of value chain,this paper takes the newspapers in South of Jiangsu County as samples to analyze the current status of the digitalization of the county newspapers,and explores the cooperative and innovative working mechanism of the newspaper media in county newspapers.
