Research on Discipline Groups Construction Management Strategy Under the Background of " Double First-Class"

随着科学与社会的发展,学科群已经成为我国高校学科建设进程中最具有探索性和方向性的新动向。探讨了传统学科管理模式对学科群建设的管理带来的障碍,提出在"双一流"背景下,学科群管理创新的必要性,并从建立科学的投入及协调管理制度、引入过程监管机制、建立成效评价制度三个方面探讨了"双一流"背景下学科群建设管理的策略。

With the development of science and society,the construction of discipline group has become the most exploratory and directional new trend during Chinese university discipline construction process.This paper analyzes the management obstacles of the discipline group construction caused by traditional discipline management model and puts forward the necessity of innovating discipline group under the background of"Double First-Class".Under the background of"Double First-Class",this paper also studies the management strategies of the discipline group construction from three aspects:the establishment of scientific input and coordination management system,the introduction of process supervision mechanism,the establishment of effectiveness evaluation system.
