安徽皖江地区页岩气钻井施工技术难点及对策探讨 被引量:2

DISCUSSION ON TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES OF SHALE GAS DRILLING IN THE ANHUI WANJIANG AREA AND COUNTERMEASURES

摘要 安徽皖江地区页岩气资源潜力巨大,但是该地区地层复杂,含气层主要在大隆组、龙潭组、孤峰组、五峰-高家边组,该地层钻探施工中会遇到碳质泥页岩层、煤层,极容易发生井塌、抱钻、井漏、下钻遇阻等事故。安徽皖江地区1:5万页岩气地质调查子项目-皖江地区页岩气地质调查项目施工中采用绳索取芯技术,通过合理的井身结构设计、科学的钻井泥浆调配等先进的施工方法,成功施工了"港地1井"和"南地1井",取得了不错的地质成果。。 The shale gas resource potential is huge in the Anhui Wanjiang area,where,however,the strata are complex,gas-bearing beds mainly occur in the Dalong,Longtan,Gufeng,Wufeng-Gaojiabian Formations,in which drilling usually encounters carbonaceous mud shale and coal seam,with high risks of borehole collapse,well leakage,slacking off and so on.Wire line coring was used in a shale gas geological survey construction,a part of 1:50000 shale gas geological survey project in the Anhui Wanjiang area.Through reasonable well bore design,scientific drilling mud preparation and advanced construction method,the Gangdi well 1 and Nandi well 1 were successfully built up.
